What you will need :
-Custom Firmware
-PSP (any model)
Steps :
1.) Hold the power button until it is shutdown.
2.) Hold the R Trigger and turn on your PSSP. ( R trigger must be hold while doing this.)

Recovery Menu ( Tutorial )
All Custom Firmware has this feature. It's one of the most important features of the PSP.
